About 90 minutes by car from Manila south via South Super Highway and Star Tollway straight to the Pier of Batangas. Parking is available inside and around the pier area. Air-conditioned busses (e.g.: DELA ROSA or ALPS) leave directly and frequently from Muntinlupa City, in front of “Jolly Bee”. Fares start from P120 (non air-con) up, one way per adult with discounted rates for children, students and senior citizens. |

ABOVE: Port of Batangas & Passenger Terminal |

BELOW & RIGHT: Waiting for loading |
Both, BESTA and MONTENEGRO SHIPPING LINES (MSL) provide a regular, around-the-clock RO-RO and passenger ferry service. Adult one way fare is presently P218 inclusive terminal fee of P10. For the planning of a smooth trip, we recommend that you verify the ferry departure times with MSL direct under phone nos.: 043 7236980 or 043 7238294.

Leaving Batangas Bay behind, you may enjoy the view of the passing coastline: Mabini and Bonito Island with Tingloy in the distance. Onwards, crossing Verde Island Passage, you will reach the Port of Abra de Ilog after approx. 2 1/2 hours of relaxing sea travel. |
TUKO BEACH RESORT is only a 20-minutes outrigger boat ride (BANKA) away from the Port of Abra de Ilog, along the picturesque coast with its many pristine white beaches and mountainous background. |

ABOVE & RIGHT: Arriving by BANKA |
The new COASTAL ROAD will soon connect TUKO BEACH RESORT with the Abra de Ilog pier extension road. Whilst a banka ride will always remain an enjoyable option, there will also be a choice of going overland by jeepney or tricycle. For the more adventurous: it is already possible to avail of transportation to the nearest village and then to hike along the beach and a jungle trek for about 3 kms. |
